
Consultant (Diversity/Multiculturalism):
Dr. Eric Rogers serves as a graduate Professor in Counseling and Psychology where he teaches graduate level courses and classes on race, culture, diversity, multiculturalism, class and poverty, equity, and social justice. He has been an active national Diversity Consultant, presenter, and trainer for twenty five years, conducting workshops and providing guidance to educators, professionals, agencies, schools and community organizations committed to multiculturalism, diversity,equity and social justice. Dr. Rogers is also actively involved in the International Association for Intercultural Education (IAIE) and he continues to publish and present in education-focused forums on topics including race, culture, diversity, multiculturalism and equality. He strongly believes in multiculturalism as a way of developing our capacities to create healthy and sustainable relationships and communities.

He currently provides consultations on counseling marginalized individuals and populations through educational systems and community organizations through online learning and multicultural curriculums. Dr. Rogers has an extensive track record dedicated to improving the diversity and multicultural effectiveness and long-term sustainability of institutions, agencies, organizations, communities, families and individuals by addressing issues of difference, awareness and skills around diversity, cross-cultural conflict resolution, and ethnic, race and cultural alliance building. His approaches challenge others with care and empowers people to make change. While his interests and experiences are eclectic,Dr. Rogers’ mission is defined by his commitment to diversity, race/ethnic relations, multiculturalism, social justice and equity.
Advocate: Dr. Rogers has been a long term Adoption Advocate spanning two decades for individual, family and extended families with a strong background and interest, particularly in private, state, and informal children adoptions as well as international and transracial adoptions. Over the course of twenty plus years, he has taught, lectured, referred, consulted and advised regarding adoption and worked directly with private and state adoption agencies, state government organizations and private constituents for the promotion and success of effective adoption experiences.
